This summer I'm looking for a babysitter. I hope to give my kids a little break after school breaks so they can chill at the house and just be a kid. I did not have any planned activities as a child during the summer. I made my own activities up with the neighborhood kids and as long as I came home at lunch time and before dinner time all was good. Times are different now and since kids cannot roam around freely for fear of predators and other dangers, we parents have to find activities to keep them busy. However, during the school year I felt my preschooler and 1st grader have been busy enough from school work and extra curricular activities such as baseball, gymnastics and soccer and soon will need a little break before we send them to summer camp. For the month of June I intend to find a college student to come to my house and watch my little ones. I'd also love for the babysitter to be able to drive them to some free activities such as the movies, library and the park to break up the day.
We live in a neighborhood where there are no college aged kids and so I'm having a hard time trying to find a suitable candidate. I'd prefer to find a sitter through word of mouth but have turned to Care4hire.com because they make finding a caregiver safe and simple. I joined Care4hire and immediately received access to babysitters, pet sitters, housekeepers and tutors near you. I simply updated my profile with what my needs are and soon after I received matches. Preview the site with their free 7 day preview. This gives you access to post a profile about your family for caregivers to view. The caregivers will have access to send you a message with interest in your job. This gives you the convenience to see the type of response you will get, before actually paying the fee. In order to contact caregivers you will need to sign up for their paid membership. A yearly membership is the best value at only $79.99 or simply pay $19.99 monthly. Right now I have two good babysitter leads and the site has some good advice on the interview process. As a mother the candidates that post pictures and detailed profiles, live close to me and show references are my top picks so making the review process a lot easier.
Care4hire not only offers babysitting matches but also offers a database for those looking for a housekeeper, tutor, pet sitter and adult caregiver and more. Sign up here now for your household needs.

My sister has 4 children under the age of 7. The youngest is 10 months old and a special needs child. I would love her to have the housekeeping issue.
I would love to win this because I really need a new babysitter and finding one in our area has proved most difficult!
Housekeeper!
