Last week while at the grocery store I picked up ingredients for aour family salad night.  It was our first salad night of the year (typically saved for warmer nights) and it was a hit!  The kid choose what they want in their salad and I'm happy that the kid get their greens from the cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce.  Its easy to prep too and works well with my 30 minute and less work night cooking!
