local library for free book readings and arts and craft events during the week and weekend. These are usually tailored around fall festivities.
2. Search online or in your local newspaper for free pumpkin festivals at a local farm.
3. Sign your kids up
here for the Lowes "Build and Grow Clinics". Starts at 10am -
October 8th is build a Monster Machine
October 22nd is build a Halloween Monster Truck
4. Sign your children up
here for the Home Depot "How to Workshop". Open to children between 5-12 between 9am-12pm the 1st saturday of the month. On October 1st at all Home Depot stores come build a fire rescue helicopter.
