I was a sponge when I became pregnant with my son.  I went online everyday and read up on each stage of my pregnancy.  I also went to the bookstore and brought all the necessary books to help me through my pregnancy and childbirth.  Once my son was born I turned to magazines. 

American Baby Magazine was one of my go to magazines.  Not only was it a nice break from the feeding, diapering and burping schedule but it was a fabulous resource of information educating new mothers on the newborn stages.  I was pretty frazzled after week 1 but after reading American Baby I knew this frazzle was normal!  A new mother is battling hormonal and body changes while being in an out of this world routine that can turn the well prepared Mom into a bag of jelly.
