I get my caffeine from tea - every morning I grab myself a cup of tea at home and then I grab one at work too. Even though tea is my first choice, during the summer there is nothing better than an iced latte. Seattle's Best has come out with a can of iced latte. I've tried it and its pretty good, especially when you need that caffeine buzz in the summer and a hot tea or coffee doesn't quite cut it. It’s low calorie at just 130 calories per can.
It’s cheaper than Starbucks - a premium latte for just $1.49 and a 4-pack is an even better deal, at just $4.99 (find printable coupon below), plus perfect for on the go when life gets crazy and you have no time for pitstops. Stock up with your coupon and grab one on your way out of the door - don't forget the kids....

As a busy working Mom of two energetic sassy little children I have my little tricks to make my life easier and more efficient while on the go.
1. Pick out the kids and my clothes the night before. During summer, camp wear is easy - a bathing suit, camp shirt and socks. For me its usually a dress as I hate being hot and sticky in pants.
2. The night before I also pack my bags and the kids camp gear. I like to pack with a clear mind and not a rushed mind where I will tend to forget something.
3. Plan my weekly dinner's on Saturday and grocery shop on Sunday when the sales start . I write a grocery list based on what I want to cook. I'd like to say I do all my cooking on Sunday and just reheat all week, but thats not me. I just cook like Rachel Ray - 30 minutes meal.
4. Hubby and I have a morning routine, he wakes first and takes a shower, I jump on the elliptical and once he's done I grab the kids put them in our bed with TV on and then I grab a shower while hubby dresses the kids. I run down after shower and make our lunches and do a bit of quick blogging and then off we go - phew...
5. There's no time for breakfast in the morning so I grab fun breakfast snacks for the kids and they eat them in the car e.g. gogurts, pop tarts, banana, fruit cups etc.. This enables everyone to sleep a little longer and be a little less grumpier.
6. I get a little kids education done in the car ride to camp by putting on preschool tapes - click here to win yourself a $10 Gift certificate for Twin Sister Products that encourage learning with music. The kids love it and so do I.
7. My morning drive to work is my time so this is when I get my best ideas or thoughts for the day. Aided with caffeine I relish this time alone.
8. Can't live without my iphone - its my social organizer, social media connector and gameboy for the kids. I download a lot of age appropriate educational apps and the kids tinker on it on the ride home. It keeps them busy and quiet after a long day at camp.
9. Stock up on items while on sale. Stocking up when a good sale comes on is not only a good way to save money but its also a good way to save on time. I spend less time searching the grocery store for each item. There's nothing better than knowing you have enough deoderant for the rest of the year.
10. I have many things on timers, e.g. alarm, sprinkler system, soaker hoses and coffee pot for hubby. This way there's no way of forgetting. Why stress when you can use modern technology.
