I live in a beautiful county full of historic farmland and quaint towns that mix the old world charm with the new. My children are very fortunate to be surrounded by farmland where each day they may be blessed with the presence of horses, llamas, Alpacas, deer and rabbit. I personaly love the charming towns close to me such as Doylestown, Peddlars Village and New Hope. They remind me of England and every time I visit I find something new to try out, be it the British store in Peddlars Village or a new eaterie in Doylestown.
There's a wonderful icecream store in Plumstead called Chubby's Dairy Barn that I would like to introduce you to. We head over to Chubby's a lot for our icecream fix and it comes with a free package which includes a friendly staff, eclectic decorations and terrific atmosphere and event schedule.
Deal Alert
We chose to hold my daughter's 4th birthday party here because it is a wonderful space for our guests and who doesn't love icecream. To my surprise Jesse told me the only cost for the party would be the icecream and I can bring my own food and drink. That's a huge saving considering most venue's mark up the food and drink cost significantly.
We All Scream for Icecream
I had planned a few activities during the party such as a Box Creation Princess Castle and a Princess Belle visit but of course icecream was on everyone's mind. You might need to turn your speaker volume down before viewing the video, when little girls want icecream they do have a way of making you give in quick.
The kids had a blast adding their own toppings on their chosen flavored icecream.
The icecream selection is amazing and oh so delicious and Chubby's also offers takeout icecream as well as icecream cakes for that special occasion.
Gives Back
I love the special events that Jesse and his cruise director plans throughout the year and also Jesse gives back to the community by holding special fund raisers and/or donating many prizes to local charities and events.

I was visiting the area and had the pleasure to attend a 3 year old-s birthday party at Chubby's. The ice cream was heavenly and the party was fantastic. The kids (and adults) loved making their own sundae's. The owner was fabulous with the kids and it was the best birthday party ever!
