Here's Walgreen's coupon policy direct from their site. It doesn't mention stacking is not allowed. Print a copy or direct your store to their online policy. http://www.walgreens.com/topic/help/generalhelp/coupon_policy_main.jsp?_requestid=37856
Freebies definitely work. Works to sell the product. They do a better job of starting a relationship with the prospect. Eventually you can turn them into customers.
