I guess you are wondering how I do it all being a working Mother and all. Well I run errands, before and after work and during my lunch break. Luckily I have all the major stores on my way to work and near work. I also sign up for coupons, rebates etc at my address and my MIL and SIL's address. They are super nice and pass them onto me and in exchange I share my freebies. With some planning you can do this too. Why pay when you can get it for free. Check out my article on Freebie 101.
Its not hard to do all of this really as I spell out all my deals on this website, so why don't you also sign up to get these posts via email or click like me on facebook (Addicted to Freebies) and you'll see my daily posts. Deals go so quick these days so don't miss out (links to email and facebook are on the right hand side of this column).

Free Birthday cake
I made this cake for my son's 5th birthday family party this Saturday and you guessed it, I made the cake using ingredients that were free (well except for the eggs, although I did use a coupon for the Egglands best eggs). Its not that hard to make a cake, although I don't like frosting cakes as they never quite look as good as what comes out of a professional bakery, however, I can't resist a freebie or a challenge. So far I've made pirate ships and a hello Kitty cake and numerous cup cakes for the class party.
How to do it:
I picked up the Betty Crocker cake mix and frosting all for free a while back at Acme supermarket. So whenever I see a good frosting and cake mix coupon e.g. 50c/1 I cut them out from the Sunday paper inserts or print them out and save them till a deal comes up.
