 My job involves a lot of paperwork but since everything is electronic now I sit glued to my computer all day long.  This doesn't do my circulation any good and most of the time my feet get cold.  I have an under desk heater but we all know how loud they get and also there's always that burnt smell when you fire it up causing my coworkers to start panicking.  Recently, we were told we are not allowed to use the under deak heaters due to fire risk and also they are not particularly energy efficient.  So off I went online to search for an alternative that would satisfy my energy & safe minded cost conscious company.
