Yes you have to enter the contest to grab your $5 coupon.
I think you can use 2 coupons for B1G1Free deals... But Target has been giving us a lot of headache with their coupon issues, so who knows?? I know I'll try it at least!

My $10/3 Sleepwear coupon didn't work but the Manager let it through - she said because they were on clearance it wouldn't work. Yeah right! but glad I got 3 sleepwear for 50 cents!
