Review & Giveaway: Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar

I am already a big fan of Rice Vinegar as we make our own sushi rolls and pieces at home.  So I was excited to find that Nakano's product line includes Seasoned Rice Vinegar which can be used in a variety of dishes to add a lot of flavor without adding a lot of calories.  Did you know that Nakano's rice vinegars are non-fat, gluten free, preservative free and have 50% less sodium than their competition.

I was given the opportunity to review the Roasted Garlic Seasoned Rice Vinegar. The best way to review food products is to try it out with a recipe.   My forte is stir fry dishes and I went about substituting the garlic in my stir fry dish with the roasted garlic seasoned vinegar.  I made a stir-fried chicken with green beans dish (fresh from my garden).

I did not mention any substitutions when it came to dinner time and my husband said "Whats that tangy taste? - its good".  The garlic blended in well with my original recipe and the rice vinegar gave my dish a new dimension - thumbs up all around.
